4. Hosting, storage, and access

The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and are used to handle your request. Cloudflare processes data as an infrastructure service provider; its infrastructure may process data in different countries. Access to enquiry records is restricted to service administration and enquiry handling. We do not sell enquiry information.

5. Retention

We retain enquiries for 90 days. Records older than 90 days are deleted during service maintenance, so deletion may occur after that period rather than at an exact time. A short-lived hashed network identifier and request count are used for rate limiting; expired rate-limit records are also removed during maintenance.

6. Browser storage and technical data

If you choose a language, that preference is saved in your browser’s localStorage so the site can remember it on your next visit. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage. This site does not load advertising or analytics libraries. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information, such as network addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website.

7. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit an enquiry. You can also ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for further enquiry handling. Use the contact form, select “Something else”, and include your previous reference if you have it. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
